INOXTAG at Clermont School of Business: From the Summit of Everest to the Challenges of Management
After captivating millions of viewers with his Kaizen project and his ascent of Mount Everest, Inoxtag will share behind-the-scenes insights from this extraordinary adventure with Clermont School of Business students during an exceptional conference organised as part of Happy September, the integration programme that marks the start of the academic year. To preserve the element of surprise and facilitate the smooth running of the event, the date and full details will be communicated directly to the participants
When Ambition Becomes a Project
Known for content followed by millions of people, Inoxtag has gradually established himself as far more than a content creator. Over the years, he has developed a remarkable ability to imagine, build, and successfully deliver ambitious projects involving teams, partners, and communities.
With Kaizen, his documentary chronicling his ascent of Mount Everest, he took on a challenge that, only a few months earlier, seemed far beyond reach. Yet behind the sporting achievement lies an entrepreneurial and human journey rich in valuable lessons.
An Inspiring Encounter to Learn to Think Bigger
During this event, exclusively reserved for Clermont School of Business students, Inoxtag will look back on the key stages that transformed an ambitious idea into a concrete and unifying project.
He will share his experience through themes that directly resonate with the challenges of management and entrepreneurship:
- leading complex projects in uncertain environments,
- securing funding and developing strategic partnerships,
- mental preparation and the ability to stay focused on demanding objectives,
- managing risks, unforeseen events, and setbacks,
- bringing people together around a shared vision, common values, and a collective ambition.
These are all competencies that hold particular relevance for the journeys of future managers, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers.
A Concrete Illustration of Tomorrow’s Key Skills
Beyond the story of an exceptional adventure, this conference will offer students the opportunity to understand how ambition, perseverance, adaptability, and the ability to mobilise a collective can transform an idea into tangible achievement.
This event fully reflects Clermont School of Business’s commitment to providing students with inspiring and formative experiences through encounters with individuals who dare to undertake, innovate, and push beyond the boundaries of what seems possible.
