Individuals Subject to French Income Tax

66% of the donation is tax-deductible, up to a limit of 20% of your net taxable income.

Individuals Subject to French Real Estate Wealth Tax (IFI)

75% of the donation may be deducted from the tax payable, up to a maximum tax reduction of €50,000.

60% of the donation may be deducted from the tax payable, up to a limit of 0.5%.

Calculate the Donation Required to Reduce Your IFI as Much as Possible

A donation made by 31 December 2026 can help you reduce your French real estate wealth tax (IFI) as much as possible.

As 75% of your donation may be deducted from your IFI, simply divide the amount of your IFI liability by 0.75 to calculate the donation required to reduce it to zero, subject to the maximum tax reduction of €50,000.

Combining Tax Benefits for the Same Donation

IFI and income tax benefits cannot be combined for the same donation. However, you may allocate different portions of your donation to the two tax schemes.

To support the initiatives of the Clermont School of Business Foundation, you can make either a one-off or a regular donation.

You may, of course, choose to allocate your donation primarily to one or more of the following areas:

Social inclusion and equal opportunities initiatives
Entrepreneurship initiatives
Regional solidarity

Alternatively, you may allow the Clermont School of Business Foundation to decide which initiatives to support.

Regular donations are collected on the 15th of each month. They qualify for the applicable French income tax and real estate wealth tax deductions. A tax receipt covering all payments made during the previous year will be issued once a year, in February. Regular donations may be suspended or cancelled at any time.
