Clermont SB to welcome École Hexagone to the Trudaine XL campus from September 2026

The first concrete outcome of the partnership between Clermont School of Business and École Hexagone: the latter will establish itself on the Trudaine XL campus, within a dedicated building, from September 2026.

In June 2025, Clermont SB (formerly ESC Clermont BS) and École Hexagone—recently acquired by the ACENSI Group—signed a framework partnership agreement aimed, among other objectives, at fostering targeted academic cooperation by leveraging the complementarity of their respective areas of expertise.

Today, they jointly announce that École Hexagone will join the Trudaine XL campus from the start of the 2026 academic year, bringing together all of its programmes and teams.

Proximity serving targeted cooperation

École Hexagone, recognised for its technical expertise and strongly career-oriented approach in digital professions, trains future experts through programmes directly aligned with careers in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and cyber defence, low-code/no-code, and software architecture (from Bachelor’s to Master’s level, RNCP levels 6 and 7).

Clermont School of Business, a triple-accredited Grande École of management (AACSB, EFMD Bachelor, AMBA), is renowned for its academic expertise in strategy, management, and organisational transformation.

The close proximity of the two institutions will facilitate exchanges, foster cross-disciplinary skills between management and technology, while fully preserving each school’s identity, qualifications, and standards of excellence.

A phased approach

This establishment marks a first step in the collaboration between Clermont School of Business and École Hexagone. It will provide an opportunity to observe the natural synergies likely to emerge, both in terms of student life and future joint initiatives.

Through this development, Clermont School of Business and École Hexagone reaffirm their shared ambition to support major technological and societal transformations, in a spirit of openness, high standards, and complementarity.

“This development is part of a structured academic cooperation approach. It is based on a clear principle: each institution fully retains its identity, its degrees, and its autonomy…”
Richard Soparnot, Dean of Clermont SB

“This city-centre location at the entrance to the Trudaine XL campus fully aligns with our regional development strategy. It enables us to embed ourselves within a dynamic academic ecosystem, while preserving our pedagogical autonomy and identity, and encouraging natural exchanges between management and digital disciplines.”
