Promo 2025 : Clermont School of Business célèbre ses diplômés !

As every year, Clermont School of Business honored its graduates during a highly anticipated day for students, their families, and the entire School community. For this edition, more than 1,000 graduates from the Class of 2025 were recognized across two ceremonies, bringing together over 2,000 participants at the Palais des Congrès – Opéra de Vichy.

A two-part day to celebrate achievements

The ceremony unfolded in two key moments, highlighting all cohorts:

Beyond the numbers, the day was above all marked by a strong collective emotion. Each walk across the stage and each diploma awarded reflected years of hard work, commitment, and personal and professional growth.

A ceremony shaped by diverse journeys and experiences

Graduation is always a special moment: it marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. At Clermont School of Business, student journeys are often rich and diverse, including international experiences, internships, apprenticeships, student involvement, and entrepreneurial projects.

This diversity is reflected not only in the graduates’ profiles but also in how they approach the next step of their journey. For some, it marks entry into the workforce; for others, the continuation of their studies or the pursuit of an international project.

Beyond the celebration, graduation represents a significant transition. The diploma is a key milestone, but it is part of a broader journey. As highlighted during the ceremony, it is above all a springboard toward new opportunities.

An inspiring speech on commitment and mutual support

Among the highlights of the day, the speech by Claire Contensuzas, a graduate of the Programme Grande École (Class of 2023), particularly stood out. Invited to share her experience, she chose to focus on what truly guided her journey: mutual support and commitment.

Through her testimony, she reflected on a path shaped by international experiences, doubts, seized and missed opportunities, and above all, learning.

She notably emphasized that:

  • international experiences can be transformative, even when they do not go as planned,
  • student involvement plays a structuring role in personal development,
  • non-linear paths can become a strength.

Her key message resonated strongly with the audience: success is not limited to academic or professional achievements—it is also shaped by collective experiences and the meaning we give to them.

She also encouraged graduates to:

  • engage in impactful projects,
  • dare to try, make mistakes, and start again,
  • and above all, move forward together.

A ceremony enhanced by artistic performances

The ceremony was also punctuated by musical performances, adding an artistic and convivial dimension to the event.

The performances were delivered by:

  • Éloïse Zheng, a first-year Bachelor’s student,
  • Oriane Durand, a graduate of the School,
  • María de los Angeles Campodónico Gárate, a graduate of the School.

These moments helped create a warm atmosphere and showcased the talents within the community.

Welcome!

Finally, staying true to tradition, the Clermont SB Alumni Association addressed a message to the new graduates, emphasizing the importance of the network and welcoming them with a short play rather than a traditional speech.

A light-hearted and original moment, staged creatively, that left a lasting impression on the audience.
