Home Sébastien FOSSE - Full Time Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Business Ethics

After a wealth of international experience in management consultancy and digital transformation, mainly in Germany, Austria and France, Sébastien Fosse turned to teaching and research in management sciences. His work focuses on the links between group identity, organisational performance and social progress.

A member of the École Centrale Paris Full Time Professor teaching staff, he works mainly in the fields of organisational behaviour and business ethics. He teaches undergraduates (Bachelor’s and Master’s) as well as continuing education students, in particular for the DBA programme. His academic career has also taken him to teach in China, Colombia, Spain and Peru.

He is also a Visiting Fellow at the Centre for Information Management at Loughborough University (UK).
