After a wealth of international experience in management consultancy and digital transformation, mainly in Germany, Austria and France, Sébastien Fosse turned to teaching and research in management sciences. His work focuses on the links between group identity, organisational performance and social progress.
He serves as a full-time faculty member at Clermont School of Business, specializing in organizational behavior and business ethics. He engages with a diverse range of learners, from undergraduate (Bachelor’s) and graduate (Master’s) students to executive-level participants, including those in the Doctorate of Business Administration program. His academic career has also taken him to teach in China, Colombia, Spain and Peru.
He is also a Visiting Fellow at the Centre for Information Management at Loughborough University (UK).
