Mary VIGIER est professeure émérite de Comportement organisationnel, de Management, et de Communication interpersonnelle. Ses thèmes de recherche portent sur le management international, la gestion des équipes multiculturelles, la diversité linguistique et l’internationalisation des formations au management. Elle a récemment publié dans des revues internationales comme Cross-Cultural & Strategic Management, International Journal of Cross-Cultural Management, Critical Perspectives on International Business, et Higher Education. Elle est aujourd’hui Secrétaire Générale de l’Association académique GEM&L (Groupe d’Etudes en Management et Langage).
