This one-year* programme is designed to train experts capable of operating at the intersection of corporate finance and financial technologies in a rapidly evolving environment.
Tailored for candidates seeking to develop a dual skill set in corporate finance and fintech, this MSc is open to students with a four-year Bachelor’s degree, a Master 1 (240 ECTS – equivalent to four years of higher education), or an equivalent qualification, with backgrounds in management, engineering, science or quantitative disciplines.
Through an approach that combines advanced financial tools, digital technologies and a strong understanding of financial markets, the programme enables students to achieve a Master’s-level qualification (Bac+5 equivalent) and develop skills that can be immediately applied in roles such as Financial Analyst, Investment Banking Analyst, Fintech Manager or Data Analyst.
The programme also prepares students for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification, a globally recognised benchmark in finance, and aims to develop professionals capable of addressing the challenges of an increasingly digitalised financial world.
Its objective is to train future managers who can structure, analyse, and optimise complex financial decisions while integrating the technological innovations reshaping the sector.
*The programme includes an academic year, a 4 to 6-month internship, and the completion of a professional dissertation.

Students undertake a professional placement lasting a minimum of 4 months, either in France or internationally.
This immersive experience enables them to apply the financial and technological skills acquired during the programme, develop strong operational expertise, and enhance their employability in a rapidly evolving sector.
Each student is supported by both an academic supervisor and a company mentor.
Alongside their professional placement, students will complete a Master’s thesis under individual academic supervision.
This in-depth analytical work, based on a real-world issue, culminates in an oral defence before an academic panel and an evaluation linked to the host organisation.

The programme is open to applicants with at least four years of higher education (BBA or Master 1 equivalent), from backgrounds including:
