Key Advantages of the Bachelor in International Management

The Bachelor in International Management at Clermont School of Business is a Bac+3 degree (Bachelor’s level) officially awarded by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR). The school is triple-accredited (AACSB, AMBA, EFMD Bachelor), a member of CGE and CDEFM, and affiliated with Université Clermont Auvergne.

This three-year programme is open to students directly after high school and provides a broad-based education with a strong international focus. It equips students with both technical and managerial skills, while allowing for early specialisation in fields such as business, marketing, sports, or finance.

With its experiential teaching methods, international immersion opportunities, and professional experiences, the programme helps students build a strong and adaptable profile ready for tomorrow’s global challenges.

Graduates can either enter the job market immediately or continue their academic journey by enrolling in a Master’s program.

Programme Structure, Teaching Approach & Assessments

Gain knowledge, develop skills, and sharpen your career ambitions over three progressive years.

Year 1 – Discover & Explore (60 ECTS)

Begin your journey with a hands-on introduction to management sciences and the corporate world in an international environment. You’ll also engage in project-based learning from the outset and have the chance to join one of our vibrant student associations.

Year 2 – Choose Your Direction (60 ECTS)

Refine your academic and professional goals while strengthening your English. You can opt for a fall semester abroad and specialise in one of the following tracks:

  • Global Marketing
  • International Business
  • International Finance
  • Sport Business

This year includes multiple supervised projects designed to turn theory into practical skills.

Year 3 – Customize & Launch (60 ECTS)

Choose the track that best matches your ambitions:

  • Double Degree: Spend a full year abroad at one of our partner universities.
  • International Business Track: One semester abroad + one semester in Clermont-Ferrand.
  • Classic Track: Study fully in Clermont-Ferrand (courses available in French or English).
  • Hybrid Track: A semester abroad followed by a 6-month internship.
  • Apprenticeship Track: Combine work and study in France, with specialisations such as: Human Resources Assistant, Banking and Insurance Customer Advisor, Business Developer.

How to join the Bachelor in International Management?

Admission Requirements

To apply for the Bachelor in International Management at Clermont School of Business, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in English (minimum scores):

Direct Entry Options

For candidates applying to enter directly into a later year of the program:

  • 2nd Year Entry: 60 ECTS credits in a business-related field

  • 85% of students who graduated from the Bachelor’s programme in 2024 chose to continue their studies. Most of our graduates go on to the Grandes Écoles de commerce et de management, on Master Grande Ecole, Master of Sciences or Specialised Masters programmes, or to a university.
