Key Benefits of the Master in Management (Grande Ecole Programme)

The Master in Management at Clermont School of Business—a school accredited by AACSB, AMBA, and EFMD, and a member of CGE and CDEFM—confers a Bac+5 (Master’s level) degree recognized by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR).

Open to candidates after validation of a 3-year Bachelor Programme or equivalent. Students apply via an international recruitment procedure.

Students benefit from a highly flexible, personalized curriculum that combines academic excellence, international immersion, and professional experience. They can:

  • Earn a double degree in France or internationally
  • Spend one or more semesters at a partner university abroad

Tackling today’s global challenges through responsible leadership The Master in Management Programme at Clermont School of Business places societal, ethical, and environmental responsibility at the heart of its educational approach. Programme Structure, Learning Approach & Specialisation Tracks

The Master in Management at Clermont School of Business is designed as a progressive, three-year journey—structured to help students explore, experiment, and ultimately specialise in a domain aligned with their career aspirations. Each academic year carries 60 ECTS credits, culminating in a total of 120 ECTS credits for the full program.

Master Year I: Experiment and Choose Your Direction

Year one  offers multiple paths: pursue the traditional academic route, gain hands-on experience through internships, or study abroad.

Students also begin to customize their learning by selecting from a broad range of minors, giving them a chance to explore key fields before committing to a specialisation.

Master Year II: Specialize and Build Expertise

In the final year, students fully tailor their curriculum based on their career goals, past experiences, and skills. They can choose from a variety of majors, sector-specific tracks, or even pursue one of our Master of Science (MSc) programs.

Many students also take this opportunity to earn a double degree abroad through one of our international partner institutions.

How to Join the Master in Management?

Admission Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • English language proficiency, demonstrated by one of the following:
    • TOEFL ITP: Minimum score of 550
    • IELTS: Minimum score of 6.0
    • TOEFL iBT, Cambridge English, or TOEIC (750) also accepted

Selection Process

  • Eligible applicants will be invited to complete an automated video interview to assess their academic background, motivation, and language skills.
  • In some cases, a live online interview (e.g. via Teams) may be requested.
