Emilie Michelin is a full-time faculty member in Management and Human Resource Management. She is a member of the CleRMa (Clermont Research Management) and an associate researcher at Lirsa (Cnam). Her research focuses on collaborative public innovation, multi-stakeholder and multi-level governance, organisational toxicity, the impact of AI on human resources, and research in sensitive settings.
She holds a PhD in Management Sciences from the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers (Cnam Paris) and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Swiss Graduate School of Public Administration (IDHEAP) in Lausanne.
Prior to joining academia, she worked for many years in the public sector, notably as the director of a child protection institution.
