Focus on the Master in Management (Programme Grande École)

Accessible after a Bachelor’s degree (3-year undergraduate degree), the Master in Management is a two-year programme structured in two stages: Master 1 and Master 2.

It is designed for students who wish to build strong foundations in management while progressively developing a distinctive professional profile through an advanced specialisation.

Two-Year Excellence Pathway

Master 1: Choosing Your Professional Track
Students select a “professional track” from 8 areas of expertise, allowing them to progressively refine their career goals. This pathway is complemented by a common core curriculum including foreign languages, digital skills, project management, artificial intelligence, humanities and corporate social responsibility.

Master 2: Advanced Specialisation and Professionalisation
In the final year, students deepen their chosen track through advanced specialisation and prepare their Master’s thesis using both quantitative and qualitative research methods. This stage focuses on developing strategic and high-level professional skills.

Track in International Business

The track “International Business” prepares students to operate in demanding, multicultural and international environments.

It trains professionals capable of analysing global dynamics, designing responsible international development strategies, and effectively managing commercial, financial and logistical activities on a global scale.

Would you like to work in an international environment, make strategic decisions at a global level, and turn global opportunities into sustainable success?

Based on a pedagogy combining foresight, experimentation and international projects, this track develops systemic thinking, strategic innovation and the ability to transform ideas into responsible and high-performing business models on a global scale.

Developing core knowledge and expertise in international management

The track “International Business” aims to train managers capable of designing, implementing and managing international strategies in complex, uncertain and rapidly changing environments.

By the end of the programme, students will be able to:
  • analyse international geopolitical, economic and commercial dynamics,
  • define and implement coherent and responsible international development strategies,
  • integrate environmental, cultural, financial and regulatory considerations into strategic decision-making,
  • leverage business intelligence to support development decisions,
  • manage international activities (marketing, negotiation, sourcing, supply chain) from a sustainable perspective.

A two-year structured track

The track “International Business” is structured over two years: a first year fully taught in English, followed by three advanced specialisations enabling students to tailor their expertise to their career goals.

Modules include:
- designing sustainable and resilient supply chains,
- optimising global sourcing strategies,
- leveraging digital technologies to enhance performance and traceability,
- managing robust end-to-end supply chains in times of disruption,
