Focus on the Master in Management (Programme Grande École)

Accessible after a Bachelor’s degree (3-year undergraduate degree), the Master in Management is a two-year programme structured in two stages: Master 1 and Master 2.

It is designed for students who wish to build strong foundations in management while progressively developing a distinctive professional profile through an advanced specialisation.

Two-Year Excellence Pathway

Master 1: Choosing Your Professional Track
Students select a “professional track” from 8 areas of expertise, allowing them to progressively refine their career goals. This pathway is complemented by a common core curriculum including foreign languages, digital skills, project management, artificial intelligence, humanities and corporate social responsibility.

Master 2: Advanced Specialisation and Professionalisation
In the final year, students deepen their chosen track through advanced specialisation and prepare their Master’s thesis using both quantitative and qualitative research methods. This stage focuses on developing strategic and high-level professional skills.

Track in Business Development, Entrepreneurship & Innovation

The track “Business Development, Entrepreneurship & Innovation“ prepares managers to identify opportunities, design new value propositions, and drive organisational growth in complex and rapidly evolving environments.

Are you looking to develop high-potential projects, launch a business, or accelerate organisational growth by leveraging innovation, data, and commercial strategy?

Rooted in a customer-centric, innovation-driven, and impact-oriented approach, this track equips students to design, implement, and scale high-value initiatives, whether in entrepreneurial, commercial, or managerial contexts.

Building the Foundations of Growth, Development and Innovation

The track “Business Development, Entrepreneurship & Innovation” aims to train professionals capable of structuring growth strategies, experimenting with new business models, and managing commercial performance from a responsible perspective.

By the end of the programme, students will be able to:
  • identify and analyse growth opportunities,
  • design differentiated value propositions,
  • lead growth-oriented commercial strategies,
  • leverage data and AI to optimise performance,
  • integrate CSR and sustainability challenges into development strategies.

A Two-Year Structured Track

The track is structured over two years, enabling students to first build a solid foundation before specialising in one of three advanced pathways in the second year.

It includes:

  • a first year (PGE2 – M1) focused on the fundamentals of business development and innovation,
  • followed by a second, more specialised year (PGE3 – M2) offering three advanced specialisations.

Master 1– Fundamentals of Business Development and Innovation

This first stage establishes the strategic foundations of growth and innovation in competitive environments. Students learn to understand growth dynamics, identify high-potential opportunities, and structure development approaches aligned with economic and societal transformations.

They develop an action-oriented mindset focused on experimentation and value creation, while integrating performance, impact, and responsibility into decision-making.

Modules include:

  • driving growth through growth marketing,
  • applying best practices in business development: core approaches,
  • developing entrepreneurial innovation,
  • building sustainable organisations.

Master 2– Three Advanced Specialisations

Business Development & Growth Marketing
This specialisation prepares managers to design, implement, and optimise growth strategies in fast-changing, digital, and competitive environments. It combines strategic vision, an experimentation mindset, and strong data capabilities to accelerate structured and responsible business growth.

Students develop expertise across acquisition, conversion, and retention by analysing customer journeys and leveraging data and AI to drive performance. They learn to test growth levers, optimise conversion rates, and build results-driven commercial systems, while integrating ethical and sustainable growth marketing principles.

Modules include:
- defining and deploying growth-oriented commercial strategies,
- leveraging data and AI to drive performance,
- managing and optimising customer relationships and experience,
- leading commercial projects and teams,
- rethinking growth in the era of planetary boundaries,
- integrating responsibility into growth marketing strategies.
Sales Leadership & Management
This specialisation prepares students for high-level strategic and leadership roles in sales management. It trains managers to structure, lead, and transform commercial organisations by aligning strategy, economic performance, team management, and responsible governance.

Students develop a comprehensive understanding of sales leadership, including structuring and managing sales forces (internal, external, or hybrid), translating corporate strategy into operations, leading and retaining teams, and integrating legal, financial, and CSR considerations into commercial decisions.

Modules include:
- structuring a sales force,
- managing a sales team,
- internationalising sales operations,
- integrating legal, financial, and strategic considerations into sales leadership,
- embedding CSR challenges into commercial strategies,
- analysing commercial practices through ethics and sociology.
Entrepreneurship & Sustainable Innovation
This specialisation prepares future entrepreneurs to identify opportunities, design relevant value propositions, and transform ideas into viable and responsible business models.

Students adopt an entrepreneurial mindset based on experimentation and rapid learning: understanding user needs, prototyping (design thinking, lean start-up, MVP), testing hypotheses, modelling business approaches, and preparing for funding. ESG and CSR challenges are fully integrated to ensure alignment with ecological and societal transitions.

Modules include:
- thinking like an entrepreneur and understanding your future customer: positioning, diagnosing, observing,
- designing value propositions,
- testing, learning, and monetising,
- developing business models, finance, and pitching,
- becoming a responsible entrepreneur,
- imagining alternative futures to transform entrepreneurial action.

From Opportunity to Growth: Driving Innovation and Performance

Upon completion of the track “Business Development, Entrepreneurship & Innovation”, students will have developed strong skills enabling them to evolve in commercial, strategic, or entrepreneurial roles with significant responsibility.

They will be able to:

  • identify and leverage market opportunities,
  • design and test innovative business models,
  • lead customer-centric growth strategies,
  • use data and AI to support decision-making,
  • integrate sustainability and ethics into development strategies.
