Full Time Professor HDR Professor of Governance and Organisation

Emilie BOURLIER-BARGUES holds a PhD in Management Sciences and Authorisation to Supervise Research (HDR). She teaches organisational theory and corporate governance at the Clermont School of Business. Her research focuses on organisational socialisation and corporate governance. She is particularly interested in organisational and governance transitions in the face of the challenges of social and environmental responsibility.
