This major offers a new approach to the roles of managers and HR and is based on content from human and social sciences. It does not have the immediate aim of acquiring management techniques, moreover it aims at providing the keys to understanding and developing a manager’s capacity to support employees in their professional careers, to better understand all the mechanisms of skills development, training and advise on professional development …
It is therefore aimed at students who have understood that the human dimension is essential in managerial activities within companies and who wish to develop transversal skills / soft skills.
In this major, case studies and observations from the students’ learning field are linked to conceptual frameworks to grasp the complexity of reality and propose new resources for action.
The sessions will include regular training sessions concentrating on practices and conceptual frameworks. The aim is to enable you to grasp reality in its complexity. You will be encouraged to develop a critical and contingent approach to the practices presented.
Experiences at the heart of the human resources world, including the accompaniment of a person in professional transition and a one-week immersion in an HR department or in an HR firm, will enable you to put into practice the notions acquired during the course.
Throughout the course, HRD professionals come and talk about their training, skills management and support practices, talent management, etc.
This specialization is aimed at all students who wish to enter the HR function, but also at future managers and those who wish to create a company or go into consulting.
The teaching and experience offered will enable students to support, guide, develop and contribute to the professional evolution of people within the organizations they will join.
