Clermont SB accelerates its digital transformation with OpenAI

As part of its responsible innovation strategy, Clermont School of Business is entering into a strategic collaboration with OpenAI. The School is adopting ChatGPT Edu licenses to integrate generative artificial intelligence across all areas of its organization, from teaching to support functions, in order to train its students and staff on the challenges of tomorrow.

Clermont School of Business is strengthening its positioning on responsible digital practices by announcing a major collaboration with OpenAI. This initiative involves the deployment of several hundred ChatGPT Edu licenses for students, faculty, and administrative teams.

This approach is part of a broader digital transformation strategy driven by the values of ethics, inclusion, and innovation. By integrating generative AI into all its activities, the School aims to make this tool a driver for skills development, modernization of practices, and educational differentiation.

A structuring alliance with OpenAI

Through this collaboration, Clermont School of Business aims to structure its actions around three major areas: skills, productivity, and innovation.

1- Developing skills for the AI era

The progressive integration of generative AI into the programs, from Bachelor to MBA – Executive Master in Management, aims to familiarize students with contemporary issues: prompting, augmented creativity, ethics, critical thinking… This effort also includes teaching and administrative teams. To date, over 1,400 hours of training have been delivered, reaching 40% of students and 65% of staff. The goal is ambitious: 100% of students and 80% of staff trained by 2026.

2- Improving efficiency through automation

Clermont School of Business is also leveraging AI to improve the efficiency of its internal processes. A library of personalized assistants (GPTs) has been developed and centralized in an internal store. These tools are used to generate job descriptions, support HR and career services, and automate billing processes. These operational gains free up time to strengthen human support.

3- Contextualized innovation

With the support of specialized partners such as Click2Cell and Un air de Pixel, the School is designing tailor-made educational modules. The cross-disciplinary “Capstone AI” project brings together teachers and students around current AI challenges. Students also contribute to the internal store by integrating assistants developed as part of their training.

Training in the AI era is more than adapting—it’s about daring to transform. Clermont SB is embracing this shift head-on by integrating generative AI into its teaching, tools, and culture. We are preparing our students to think differently, act with clarity, and innovate with purpose.
