After studying law at the Université Paris Ouest La Défense and the Université de Cergy and gaining professional experience in business, Fabrice BIEN decided to make teaching his career. He is currently a professor at the Clermont School of Business and a Professor at the Université Paris-Dauphine. His teaching focuses mainly on commercial law and health law. His research interests focus on the governance of groups (companies, associations, etc.), compliance, CSR, the market-environment relationship and the management of conflicts of interest in the private sector, as well as in the public-private sector relationship.
