Brigitte NIVET has a doctorate in management science. Her areas of research are critical and concern human resources management, responsible management, social, managerial and educational innovation and the future of work in the face of global limits. She teaches HRM and management at the Clermont School of Business, which she joined in 2005 after twenty years working in the field of people development and HR support for companies. She is co-founder of the Post-Managerial Organisations and Business Liberation Studies Programme and heads up the Specialised Masters in HRM and Managerial Innovation.
