Fall Semester 2025: A Unique International Experience at Clermont SB

The Fall Semester 2025 offered 104 Clermont SB students an exceptionally rich academic and intercultural experience. As a genuine catalyst for both personal and professional development, this fully English-taught programme provides deep cultural immersion and learning grounded in the realities of major European cities.

A Fully English-Taught Semester to Build International Competencies

Held from 6 October to 28 November 2025, the Fall Semester enabled more than seventy students from the Bachelor in International Management and around thirty students from the Bachelor in Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Management to study for eight weeks across four partner campuses in Europe.

Delivered entirely in English, the courses strengthened students’ linguistic abilities, adaptability, and global outlook.

  • Students in the Bachelor in International Management track completed modules in Marketing, ERS (Ethics, Responsibility & Sustainability), Entrepreneurship and Business English.
  • Students in the Bachelor in Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Management track followed modules such as Culture and Use of Digital for the Company, Marketing and Digital Communication Strategy, Budget and Management of Financial Performance, and Professional Project and Employment Coaching.

These subject areas, designed to meet market expectations, are fully aligned with the learning pathways of each programme.

Four European Destinations for a Fully Immersive Experience

LISBON – NOVA SCHOOL OF BUSINESS & ECONOMICS (PORTUGAL)
In Lisbon, students joined one of Europe’s most renowned business schools. Their stay included cultural highlights such as the Jerónimos Monastery, the MAAT – Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology, the National Tile Museum, and a memorable excursion to Sintra, a true gem of Portuguese heritage.
BARCELONA – EU MEDITERRANI (SPAIN)
Barcelona, a creative and cosmopolitan city, offered an ideal environment for an international academic experience. Students explored iconic landmarks including the Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, the Olympic Museum, the MNAC (National Art Museum of Catalonia), and Hospital Sant Pau.
GHENT – HOGENT (BELGIUM)
In Belgium, the Fall Semester immersed students in Flemish culture through a varied and engaging programme. Highlights included a visit to Bruges (brewery tour and canal boat trip), an excursion to Antwerp and its port, a day in Brussels with a guided tour of the European Parliament, and an exploration game in Ghent complemented by traditional Belgian chocolate tasting.
KOTKA – XAMK (FINLAND)
In Kotka, students experienced the excellence of the Scandinavian educational model in a calm and natural setting. The destination is known for its focus on sustainability, Nordic quality of life, and an environment conducive to learning and personal reflection. Cette destination met en avant l’innovation durable, la qualité de vie nordique et un cadre propice à l’apprentissage et à la réflexion.

Did you know?

International experiences are a cornerstone of programmes at Clermont School of Business. From their very first year of the Bachelor (BIM and DMECM), students take part in an international Summer School, marking their first study period abroad. These experiences increase in duration and scope throughout the programme: two months abroad in the second year via the Fall Semester, followed by a semester or full year in the third year with the opportunity to complete an international double degree.

Students enrolled in the Programme Grande École also benefit from a wide range of mobility opportunities, including a study semester, an international placement year, or the completion of a double degree abroad.

It is important to note that these international experiences are included in the tuition fees at Clermont School of Business, with the exception of travel and living expenses.
